It’s been awhile since doing a blog. I have had a few ideas going around my head.
This evening I was on the way to drop the kids off at Bible Club when I noticed an interesting cloud. On first looking at the cloud it looked like a distinct column shape but at a jaunty angle. It was then I noticed it was made up of two distinct parts. The one part that caught my eye was the top part which looked like a small child or should I say young child as the cloud was not small by any means! The young child looked like a baby, underneath which were two, what looked like arms holding it up! I then realised the larger part of the cloud looked like a Daddy figure! My children thought the same.
Unfortunately because I was driving I could not get a photo of it on my phone. I’m talking of a big cloud here!

This is one example of some of the ways that God by his holy spirit has been speaking to me.
Today because of this picture I was made aware again that I am loved by our Heavenly Father and I am his child! We can never be out, or away from his love as Roman’s 8 says.
Yesterday I had stopped cutting a hedge to clear some debris from the top of the hedge when I heard a call which was not familiar to me. I turned to look towards the sound and was surprised to see a white budgerigar flying over the garden where I was working! It headed in a North Westerly direction and disappeared!
Incidentally budgerigars of any description are not native to the British Isles so to see one is not really a great possibility let alone seeing a white one!

Those of you who are more scientific and less mystical would probably say it was an escapee I would like to believe it was one of the Creator’s little visitors! It did leave me in a puzzled moment of wonder!
This leads nicely into the next vision which I would like to share.
Something caught my attention a few weeks back. It was a warm evening so I went outside and sat on the Summerhouse steps and began to delight myself in the Lord and ponder his creation. I looked at the stars and soaked them up. Suddenly the next door neighbours security light came on which was very bright! I was caught out by the intensity of it, so turned my head to the right. (I didn’t hear their dog come out or anyone else).
I had a singular experience that happened in seconds and was over quickly but it was enough to describe it.
Out of nowhere appeared a star, a 5 point star to be precise! The star had a glowing tail of thin light. When I say star, I mean a star that you might see in a children’s book! It was moving across the sky from left to right and was on fire! The fire was orange in the centre but a glowing orange with yellow round the edges and was living! The colour was most vivid! The star itself was at an angle, that is it was tipped, like it was being pushed by its tail!
From my perspective it looked about 2cm across and the tail about 10cm. It was about 30 degrees to the horizontal and disappeared behind the Leylandii! It all took place in the Northwest and about 10m off the ground. It looked close but could have been far away too! (Paragraph from journal).
The star disappeared behind the neighbours leylandii and I could not see it anymore and it didn’t appear the other side of the tree!
I was stunned I didn’t leave off my seat until a few minutes later, by then it was too late to see where it had come down, if it had come down at all!
The only explanation that I can give is that I was sent a special message! There is no firework that I know that looked like this star!
The star made no sound as it crossed the sky, when I say crossed the sky, it crossed it at a very low perspective! It was not quite as low as the houses but low enough to be obscured by the leylandii tree! Fireworks generally make a sound especially ones that work like this, which are the rocket ‘type’ fireworks.
Not long after the event as I was contemplating this I had a fire in my chest as I wrote about it in my journal and the phrase came to mind. “Do not be afraid I bring you glad tidings of great joy!”
